We are cash only, purchases over $50 can use debit/credit cards for a $2 fee
We charge sales tax on all purchases.
Normal parking considerations apply (no blocking driveways,or mailboxes etc)
We will limit the number of people allowed in the home at one time for over all safety.
Enter at your own risk.
Attendees may start a list.
Bring help to haul/load heavy items (you haul,you load)
We ask that you only handle items you are serious about purchasing.
Prices are firm, 50% off applies after noon on Sunday, on all but items marked "firm"

We love children but do not admit them for safety reasons.
